Hello fellow isolators!
It is a couple of weeks since I have been in touch, how are you all doing? I hope that you and you dear ones are all well. It is great to see the curve flatten but I am sure you agree that albeit inconvenient we must continue to keep our distance.
How was your Easter weekend? Did you do anything special to make it seem a little different to the rest of the week. We had lovely roast lamb and of course chocolate in the house after seven weeks of Lent 😊
I expect many of you are trying to juggle working form home and children, and others are so bored that the days are all merging into one. What are you doing to pass the time? Any tips?
Hi there, fellow isolators!
How are you all doing, please please tell me all your news, either in the comments below or via messenger or email. I am loving catching up with people. It is rare that people have time on their hands.
The people I have spoken are reacting to our restrictions very differently at the moment. I see that some of you are working as keyworkers, some working from home, some furloughed, some bored and sharing all sorts of posts on social media, some are loving the extra time they don’t usually have and are using it to connect with their family, connect digitally with those far away and catch up with all those jobs that never get done.
Whatever it takes for you to get through this is fine.
I post all my Theatre Reviews on my sister-site www.theatresoutheast.com but will post all my links below.
If you cannot find the review that you are looking for here, it may still be on Theatre South East but written by one of my guest reviewers. You should take a look 🙂
I am ALWAYS looking for new reliable reviewers to join my team, so if you love theatre and love writing, please get in touch.
I don’t really consider myself a blogger, I have no intention of perusing it as a ‘career’ or monetising it. I just enjoy blogging when I can, with no pressure.
This blog is a pleasure to write, when I have time. I have SOOOO many plans for it. Recording my 101 challenges, blogging about my plastic free struggle, uploading my holiday diaries, recording (reviewing) the books I have read and much much more.
I wrote religiously in a diary for many many years, and a blog seemed like an interesting progression to make, putting my random thoughts not on paper but… ‘out there’. BUT….
As usual, I shall link to my sister site Theatresoutheast for all my Theatre Reviews. I have many more reviews posted on Theatre South East written by guest bloggers,
If you fancy reviewing a show or two, please let me know and I shall send you some guidelines. I am looking for people who live in Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
Oooops – what happened in 2017? Very little theatre reviewing compared to usual.
Well first of all I was working 7 days a week for a year so everything came to a natural halt and since then I have been taking stock and re-evaluating everything and although I hope to step up my reviewing capers again, I have to be more realistic about how I organise my time.
Nevertheless, I shall ALWAYS go to the theatre, and I will always like to share my adventures with my readers.
Check out my theatre blog www.theatresoutheast.com. for more reviews. For the majority of the reviews on TSE this year I have relied heavily on my team of friendly reviewers, I am always looking for more, so if you have a little time on your hands, love theatre and love writing about it, please let me know.
